This online claims form is designed to help Telstra Dealers and Licensees with the submission of claims for fixed and mobile commission payments.
Use of this tool is subject to the following terms.
IMPORTANT: By submitting information to Telstra via the Automated Claim Form, you warrant that all information you submit in the form is, to the best of your knowledge, truthful and accurate.
Additionally, you acknowledge that you have conducted a full reconciliation of all payments received against your entitlements before submission of your claim form.
You also warrant that you are an authorized representative of the dealership in respect of which claims are submitted.
Please also note that your access to, and use of, the Automated Claim Form is subject to the standard Retail.Live terms of use, as well as these Terms of Use and the dealership agreements authorising you to promote, and procure connections to, our post-paid mobile, fixed and BigPond products and services ("Dealership Agreements").
The Automated Claim Form is our Confidential Information under the Dealership Agreements, and you agree not to provide the form (or a copy of it) to any third party other than as permitted in respect of Confidential Information under the Dealership Agreements.
We do not guarantee the availability or proper transmission of the Automated Claim Form. It is your responsibility to confirm with us when appropriate, that claim information has been received.
Finally, please be aware that we may vary these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to review the prevailing current Terms of Use as and when you utilise the Automated Claim Form process.
